Shipping Information:
Items are shipped between 3-5 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Currently, GameBin utilizes USPS for shipments. Shipping can be done through other shipment providers, however, this may cause a delay in shipment and/or additional shipping charges.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
New Items: All returns must be made and postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in the original factory sealed condition that it was shipped. Refunds will not be provided for new items that have been opened or tampered with. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns on New Items. Prior approval must be obtained before returning items, and the buyer must provide tracking and insurance information for the return. If insurance is not purchased by the buyer for the return, GameBin is not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to shipping services.
Used/Opened Items: All returns must be made and postmarked within 7 days of delivery. All items are sent in the condition as stated in the listing, and must be returned in that same condition. You must agree to all of the terms of the refund and execute your end properly to be eligible to receive a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns on Used Items. Prior approval must be obtained before returning items, and the buyer must provide tracking and insurance information for the return. If insurance is not purchased by the buyer for the return, GameBin is not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to shipping services.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. If the item is shipped, it needs to be returned at the buyer's expense.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What defines a New/Sealed video game? Any title that is factory sealed, line or y-fold, and never has been played/opened/used. These items may or may not have torn shrinkwrap. Items may or may not have cracks in jeweled case (anything cracked in jewel case games will not be noted). Cracks in DVD cases of any title will be noted. No items will be shipped with loose discs, however, discs may become loose during transit. We pack items very securely to help avoid disc shifting or damage to the product.
2. Are all used titles tested prior to shipment? Yes, all titles are tested prior to shipment. However, due to the mechanical nature of systems - laser, dust, the motor, etc., it is possible that they may not work. Each title is tested on two different consoles prior to shipment to help decrease the possibility of DOA discs.
3. May I send an order to another address not specified by Paypal? No, shipments will only be made to Paypal approved addresses.
4. Will you mark an international shipment as a gift or a value other than stated? No, absolutely not, because this is against postal regulations and a federal offense.
5. My item has not arrived yet, what should I do? Domestic shipments require 30 days before claims can be filed. International shipments required 45 days before claims can be filed. Please have patience through this process.
6. What is the cherry picking service? For a charge of $2, we will go through and pick the best copy available to us of the title selected.
